Line/Grill Cook

Job Summary
Operate grill and fryer stations, set up and break down your station for every shift, and communicate clearly with expo, front-of-house, and kitchen teams. Maintain food safety, temperature, and sanitation standards; assist with prep tasks and cross-station coverage as needed. Demonstrate 2+ years of line/grill cook experience, proven grill/fryer station expertise, strong knife skills, and the ability to cook proteins to temperature. Must have food handler certification and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time) at a Texas-based brand with opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
