Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe — own your grill/fryer station, execute items to temperature and spec, set up/break down your station, and coordinate with expo and kitchen teams. Must have 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant, grill/fryer station experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to work efficiently during high-volume service. Food handler certification is required; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
