Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe — execute grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, set up and break down your station, communicate with expo and kitchen, and maintain food safety standards. Requires 2+ years of line/grill cook experience, proven grill/fryer station skills, strong knife abilities, and a food handler certification. Flexible scheduling available with full-time and part-time options; duties include prep tasks and cross-station coverage in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
