Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe with full-time and part-time shifts. Responsible for executing all grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, setting up and breaking down station, communicating with expo and kitchen, and maintaining food safety standards. Requires 2+ years of line/grill cook experience, grill/fryer station proficiency, strong knife skills, ability to work under high-volume service, and a Food Handler certification. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
