Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe in Texas — we offer full-time and part-time roles. You will own your station, execute grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, set up/break down your station, communicate with expo and kitchen staff, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include assisting with prep tasks and cross-station coverage during high-volume service. Must have 2+ years of line/grill cook experience, grill/fryer station expertise, strong knife skills, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a food handler certification. Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
