Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe in Frisco, TX required to own their station and execute grill and fryer items to spec, set up/break down the station, and communicate clearly with expo, front-of-house, and kitchen teams. Must maintain food safety and sanitation standards, assist with prep tasks, and maintain efficiency during high-volume service. Requires 2+ years of line/grill experience, grill/fryer station proficiency, strong knife skills, ability to stay composed under pressure, and a food handler certification. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
