Job Summary
Experienced Line/Grill Cook needed to own their station, execute grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, set up, maintain, and break down your station for every shift, and communicate clearly with expo, front-of-house, and kitchen team. Follow all food safety, temperature, and sanitation standards, and assist with prep tasks and cross-station coverage as needed. Requires 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, proven grill/fryer station experience, strong knife skills, ability to work efficiently during high-volume service, and food handler certification. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills
- Working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
