Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe with opportunities for full-time or part-time scheduling. Execute grill and fryer items to temperature/spec, set up and break down station, communicate with expo/front-of-house, maintain food safety standards, assist with prep and cross-station coverage, and leverage knife skills in a fast-paced kitchen.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and stay composed during high-volume service
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
