Job Summary
Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe responsible for executing grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, setting up and breaking down your station each shift, communicating with expo and kitchen teams, and adhering to food safety standards. You will assist with prep tasks and provide cross-station coverage as needed, leveraging strong knife skills and grill/fryer experience to maintain quality during high-volume service.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
