Job Summary
Experienced Line/Grill Cook needed to own their station, execute grill and fryer items to temperature and spec, set up, maintain, and break down your station for every shift, and communicate clearly with expo, front-of-house, and kitchen team in a fast-paced Texas kitchen. Requires 2+ years of line/grill cook experience, grill/fryer station proficiency, strong knife skills, and a food handler certification; ability to work efficiently under high-volume service and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
