Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe – operate grill/fryer to temperature and spec, set up/break down your station, communicate with expo/kitchen, follow food-safety standards, and assist with prep and cross-station tasks. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and stay composed during high-volume service
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
