Job Summary
Own your grill and fryer station and execute all grill and fryer items to temperature and spec. Set up, maintain, and break down your station for every shift. Communicate clearly with expo, front-of-house, and kitchen team. Follow all food safety, temperature, and sanitation standards. Assist with prep tasks and cross-station coverage as needed. Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time availability.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and stay composed during high-volume service
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
