Job Summary
Perform production line tasks as assigned throughout the poultry processing operation, handling, inspecting, sorting, trimming, and packaging poultry products according to specifications. Maintain production flow while meeting quality and efficiency standards, monitor products for defects, and report issues to supervisors. Follow all food safety, USDA, sanitation, and animal welfare requirements, safely operate equipment, and assist with line changeovers, cleanup, and sanitation activities. Work effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work area. This role supports Tyson Foods' poultry processing operations in Forest, MS, ensuring products are processed according to safety and quality standards.
