Job Summary
Line Cooks needed at Siena Tavern within DineAmic Hospitality's Naia project. Prepare components of all menu items following recipes and yield guides, and move between line stations (Sauté, Grill, Pantry, Fry) to efficiently run your station. Maintain high quality and timely dish output, inspect tools and stations for cleanliness and safety, ensure proper labeling and rotation (FIFO), and stock as needed. Collaborate with team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while upholding sanitation standards and safe food handling practices. Requires 3+ years restaurant experience and a non-expired Food Handlers Certification; culinary degree or equivalent preferred; flexible to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
