Job Summary
Line Cook position at DineAmic Hospitality for Naia: prepare components of all menu items following recipes and yield guides, cook hot and cold items, sauces, vinaigrettes, purees, and soups, and operate Sauté, Grill, Pantry, and Fry stations. Run your station efficiently, coordinate with teammates, ensure dishes are high quality and come out in a timely fashion, and maintain sanitation and proper storage (FIFO). Maintain tool and equipment safety, uphold health department standards, and demonstrate flexibility across shifts in a high-energy environment. Emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and consistent quality; offers benefits and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years restaurant experience
- Non-expired Food Handlers Certification required
- Degree from a food service program, culinary school or equivalent preferred
