Job Summary
Line Cook at La Serre (DineAmic Hospitality) responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking hot and cold menu items across Sauté, Grill, Pantry, and Fry stations; prepare components, sauces, vinaigrettes, purees, and soups; follow company recipes and yield guides; ensure high-quality, timely plating and maintain sanitation and FIFO practices; coordinate with team members to run a station smoothly; maintain tools and equipment safely; uphold health standards and safety; flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays; 3+ years kitchen experience; culinary degree or equivalent preferred; non-expired Food Handler Certification required; ability to lift up to 40 pounds; benefits include discounts, medical/dental/vision, 401K match, and paid sick leave; Equal Opportunity Employer.
