Job Summary
Prepare and create delicious, high-quality dishes following the Tooth Company's recipes; read printed tickets and accurately produce orders; monitor temperatures and cooking times; operate kitchen equipment safely; maintain sanitation and follow food safety codes; assist with opening/closing duties and general kitchen tasks; work closely with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure a great guest experience; lift 30+ lbs; multitask in a fast-paced environment; enjoy a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older with Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card (or willing to obtain one)
- Experience is preferred; however, this is a teaching kitchen and we are willing to take on the right candidate with a positive attitude in place of experience.
