Prepare recipes according to standard procedures, stock and prepare stations for service, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the station. Communicate product needs to back-of-house and managers-on-duty while accommodating guest-specific requests and modifications to ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation. Achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less while thriving in a fast-paced environment that requires lifting items weighing 50+ lbs and standing for 8+ hours daily.
