Line cooks and prep cooks needed at Belfair, a private club, to join the collaborative Food & Beverage team. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, set up and stock stations, ensure food is served simultaneously and promptly, follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff. Work with teammates to maintain efficiency and high-quality service; assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving as needed.
