Job Summary
Line Cook at Panorama Mountain Village responsible for basic prep, deep fry and salad preparation; work in production and on multiple kitchen stations; adhere to recipe guides, portion control, and ensure items leaving the kitchen are accurately billed or requisitioned; maintain high taste and presentation, and take pride in serving guests; work under Sous Chef, collaboratively in a team environment, with a focus on health and safety standards; capable of standing long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs; seasonal/hours-driven role with hourly pay; in-person work in Panorama, BC.
Required Qualifications
- Basic experience in the Kitchen
- Experience in working some stations of a multiple outlet operation
- Basic knowledge of the operation of Catering/Conventions
- Great people skills, fun, energetic, outgoing
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills
