Job Summary
Line Cook role in DIG restaurants with CHEF-IN-TRAINING progression. Responsibilities include prepping, mixing, and cooking vegetables, proteins, grains, etc. You will gain exposure to multiple stations (garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge and delivery/packout), discuss current menu offerings with guests, support the team during peak and off-peak service, multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen, and uphold DIG’s food safety standards and anti-discrimination policies. A strong work ethic, team orientation, and excellent verbal/written communication are needed, along with the ability to meet the physical requirements of kitchen work.
