Line Cook - Wicked Good- Part Time

Complete opening and closing checklists, reference daily prep lists for assigned duties, and prepare a variety of food using assigned equipment while adhering to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies. Portion food products according to specifications, maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, walls, and refrigeration equipment, and properly report equipment malfunctions or food quality issues to the Chef. Inform the Chef immediately of product shortages and perform other related duties as assigned. Work in a hot, cold, wet, humid, and loud environment for long periods. Target hourly range is $24.00.
