Job Summary
Line Cook needed to prepare and cook meals according to established recipes in a fast-paced kitchen. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintain a clean and organized work area, and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service. Set up and stock stations, assist with ingredient preparation, monitor inventory, and store food to prevent spoilage. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed. Must have 2 years of line cook experience, knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
