Conduct daily food preparation and plating for Rivercrest's bar and restaurant menu, supporting the culinary team during peak service hours. Manage station operations to ensure authentic, accessible dishes are delivered efficiently while maintaining high guest experience standards. Weekend availability is required for this role.
