Job Summary
Line Cook position responsible for preparing food using recipes and menu items created by the Kitchen Manager; assists with stocking and setting up kitchen stations; prepares food including cleaning, cutting ingredients, cooking appetizers, snacks, main dishes, and desserts; plates prepared foods under Kitchen Manager guidance; collaborates with servers to ensure timely orders; cleans kitchen and equipment, maintains hygiene per food-safety standards; records fridge and line temperatures; cleans equipment daily; cross-training in Prep Cooking and may assume related duties as needed; must be 21+ and possess a Nevada Health Card; work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with strong teamwork and adherence to health and safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knife skills
- Nevada Health Card
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comprehension of the English language (written and oral)
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices
