Job Summary
As a Prep/Meat Cutting Cook at The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, you will follow prep lists, cut and portion meat, prepare ingredients by washing and slicing vegetables and meats, and perform basic cooking duties such as sautéing and boiling soups. You will label and stock food products for proper rotation, maintain sanitation and safety standards, and work with management to ensure recipes and kitchen procedures are followed.
