Line Cook

Line Cook at Daily Provisions (Union Square Hospitality Group) responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, and portioning of food, maintaining health and safety standards, and supporting the team. Must meet a 2+ year line cook background and hold an NYC Food Handlers License. Responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining mise en place and proper storage, sharpening knives, keeping the dish station compliant with health standards, and providing team support for call-outs or catering. Demonstrates organized prep, precise cooking, and adherence to recipes and build sheets, with a focus on Enlightened Hospitality and delivering quality, timely meals across all Daily Provisions locations.
