Job Summary
Line Cook at Manhatta (Union Square Hospitality Group) in Lower Manhattan. You will support Enlightened Hospitality, maintain mise en place, prep, season, stock and organize station, participate in service with focus on timing, plate assembly, and communication, manage workload under expediters and culinary leaders, promote teamwork, and continually refine techniques while learning and growing in a high-rise, full-service restaurant environment. Requires 1+ year Line Cook experience, ability to stand for long periods, and English fluency (additional languages preferred). Required Qualifications
