Job Summary
Prep station mise en place, season ingredients, and ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized throughout service. Execute cooking, timing, plate assembly, and communication during professionally run service periods while managing picks and taking direction from expediters. Maintain calm mental athleticism and promote teamwork among the kitchen staff. Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality by displaying a working knowledge of menu ingredients and refining techniques continuously.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in a Line Cook position at a full-service restaurant
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- English fluency
