Job Summary
Line Cook for Twin Peaks Heart of House (HOH) responsible for preparing high-quality food to Twin Peaks guests. Duties include adhering to uniform standards, following prep and line build recipes, checking ingredient quality, maintaining clean and organized stations and equipment, following HOH safety and sanitation requirements, working effectively in a team, and completing HOH training and orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook.
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks HOH training.
- Must attend and successfully complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.
- Ability to communicate in English and understand prep recipes and line build procedures.
