Job Summary
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing lunch and dinner menu items, ensuring the quality of products served, and maintaining cleanliness in the cooking area. Key responsibilities include checking daily specials with Chef/Sous Chef, stocking food products and equipment for the station, following sanitation and safety procedures, and maintaining professional appearance. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, alongside the ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods. Former culinary schooling is preferred.

- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Must be able to stand for 9 hours
- Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds
- Clear and professional communication skills
