Job Summary
Line Cook needed to prep, cook, and plate dishes across multiple stations (Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, Grill). Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas; follow portions, recipes, and quality standards; maintain organized, clean stations; assist with prep and opening/closing; operate ovens, stoves, grills and related equipment; portion, chop, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients; wash and disinfect kitchen tools and surfaces. Requires 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred); strong knife skills and recipe execution; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Part-time to 40 hours per person with benefits options and various perks including dining discounts and wellness resources.
