Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating across Stations including Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill; follow portions, recipes, and quality standards; keep station clean, stocked, and organized; assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations; operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment; prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing; wash and disinfect kitchen surfaces and tools; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; lift up to 50 pounds; part-time roles with up to 40 hours per person; benefits include health care options, pet insurance, EAP/SupportLinc, dining discount, and volunteer time; Equal Opportunity Employer; Education level listed as Equivalent Experience; pay range $18-$21/hour; locations in Naples, FL; in-person work arrangement.
