Job Summary
Line Cook to prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill. Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more; follow portions, recipes, and quality standards; operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment; assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations; prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing. Requires 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred), exceptional knife skills and recipe execution, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Part-time to 40 hours per person with benefits and growth opportunities; equal opportunity employer.
