Job Summary
Line Cook with experience across multiple stations (Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, Grill) in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more while following portions and quality standards. Maintain a clean, stocked, organized station; assist with prep and opening/closing; operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; part-time to 40 hours per person. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred)
