Job Summary
Line Cook responsibilities include prepping, cooking, and plating across multiple stations (Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, Grill); follow portions, recipes, and quality standards; keep station clean, stocked, and organized; assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth kitchen operations; operate ovens, stoves, grills, and other equipment; prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing; wash and disinfect kitchen surfaces and tools; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; seeks candidates with 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, exceptional knife skills, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; True Food Kitchen is an Equal Opportunity Employer; AM/PM and Mid-day shifts available; part-time opportunities up to 40 hours per person.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred)
