Job Summary
The Line Cook at NorthRiver Yacht Club will learn and maintain food production standards while expediting orders promptly. Key responsibilities include practicing operational sanitation, executing banquet functions, and verifying proper cooler temperatures. Candidates are expected to communicate with the chef about equipment repairs, participate in training, and manage inventory requisitions. A strong focus on safe work practices and maintaining professional relationships with associates is required.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Culinary Degree
- 2 years of Culinary Experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
