Job Summary
Prepare assigned meals following established recipes with attention to plating and presentation; maintain temperature charts and food safety records; adhere to sanitation protocols and quality control; manage inventory needs and assist in kitchen operations; uphold Civitas standards in appearance and hygiene; collaborate to organize kitchen spaces and ensure a first-in, first-out rotation; support Chef Manager/F&B Director to improve kitchen efficiency and staff training; participate in ongoing training, education reimbursement, and opportunities for promotion.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Residency within the State that this Community/Location operates in is a condition of employment.
