Job Summary

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes, ensuring quick, efficient preparation with high quality and presentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation; follow all food safety standards; assist with receiving, storing, and rotating supplies. Work collaboratively with other cooks and kitchen staff to meet service demands under guidance from the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting preferred
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Food handler certification (as required by law)
  • Physical Requirements: ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, tolerate hot fast-paced kitchen
