Join Three Brothers Wineries & Estates as a Line Cook, responsible for preparing and cooking meals in a fast-paced kitchen. Seeking a motivated team player with 1-2 years of experience and knowledge of food safety.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role for 1-2 years
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work most weekends, some holidays, and at nights as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
