Job Summary
Prepare food consistent with recipe cards and manage daily menu execution to ensure flawless presentation. Start prepped items, control inventory by returning unused stock to designated areas, and operate kitchen equipment while maintaining proper cleaning standards. Work on your feet in a high-pressure environment involving lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, and navigating slippery floors. Accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year's experience as a prep line/cook
- Capable of thinking on their feet
- Able to keep up in high-pressure situations
- Must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to carry/lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk
