Job Summary
As a Line Cook at THE ONE GROUP, you will execute high-quality menu items with precision and energy, read and process tickets accurately, follow recipes and plating standards, maintain cleanliness and food safety, assist with daily prep and stocking, and collaborate with BOH/FOH teams to ensure seamless service. Requires experience in a high-volume kitchen, strong culinary techniques and safety knowledge, knife skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, and availability nights/weekends/holidays. Located in Tampa, FL with on-site role expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
