Job Summary
Execute high-quality menu items at the assigned station with precision, consistency, and efficiency, following recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards to maintain uniform quality; read and process food tickets for timely service; maintain cleanliness and food safety standards; assist with daily prep tasks, ingredient stocking, and kitchen setup; ensure proper storage and organization; collaborate with BOH and FOH to ensure seamless service; uphold sanitation and health standards; perform tasks with professionalism and enthusiasm as directed by Chefs and Sous Chefs.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
