Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for executing high-quality menu items with precision and efficiency, following recipes and plating standards, reading and processing food tickets for timely service, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, collaborating with BOH and FOH teams, and supporting daily prep and storage tasks. Requires strong culinary technique, high-volume restaurant experience, knife skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the endurance to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
