Line Cook

Prepare and direct food preparation using established production procedures and systems while determining supply needs and ensuring timely availability. Set steam tables and serve or ensure proper food service for tray lines or dining rooms, strictly complying with sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards. Correctly prepare all food following standard recipes and special diet orders, maintain daily production records, and keep work areas clean. Report equipment repairs to the supervisor and complete food temperature checks before service. Perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
