Job Summary
Line Cook at The Kitchen Bistro in Austin responsible for preparing meals from scratch, following chef specifications, maintaining quality, portion control and presentation, stocking stations, complying with sanitation standards, and supporting back-of-house operations. Must work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, collaborate with team, and uphold the restaurant’s community-focused culture. Requires a culinary degree or comparable experience, 1 year on-line cooking experience, strong cooking method knowledge, equipment handling, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $18.00-$25.00 per hour with full benefits for Full-Time employees. Required Qualifications
- A culinary degree or comparable experience
