Job Summary
Line Cook at the DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown responsible for all food preparation per standard recipes or guest specifications, ensuring meticulous storage and precise portion control, minimizing spoilage and waste, monitoring food and supply levels for timely reordering, and maintaining cleanliness and functionality of refrigeration, storage, and work areas to support the Culinary team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Completion of Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred
- Minimum of 1 year cook experience in hotel preferred
- Minimum of 1 year cook experience in a similar role, size of operation required
- Managers Food Handlers Certification required
