Job Summary
Line Cook needed to prepare meals for patrons using high-quality ingredients, set up the kitchen with necessary tools, present dishes appealingly, maintain inventory/restock as needed, and follow food safety regulations. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures and assisting head chef or management as assigned. Requires experience, ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification, advanced culinary techniques and recipes knowledge, ability to work under pressure, strong time management, and physical ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
