Job Summary
Line Cook needed at the Denver Athletic Club. Responsibilities include applying in-depth knowledge of all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation/safety standards; preparing a variety of food items using ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers; plating dishes according to DAC guidelines to meet Chef and Guest specifications; completing station prep lists with directions from the Chef; maintaining sufficient stock levels to ensure a smooth service; ability to lift at least 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with management and teammates. Evening shifts are preferred with some weekend availability; on-site role at 1325 Glenarm Place, Denver, CO. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years restaurant experience; banquet, fine dining, or private club experience preferred
