Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for opening up the station and cooking all food items required by business volume and supervisor, preparing sauces, soups, and entrees, rearranging the line for cooking and service, ensuring orders are cooked to order and served in peak condition, learning menus and recipes, ensuring proper food storage and holding temperatures, preparing food for next shifts and following health/safety regulations. Must maintain a clean, sanitary work area and work with a team in a luxury hospitality setting (Cuvée Bistro at The Chatham Inn) with a hiring bonus of $500. Flexible schedule including holidays; strong English communication and organizational skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including holidays
